O’Fallon Newspaper

The O’Fallon Progress has a nice article featuring our practice! Many thanks to Zoe, the Bullmastiff, who was our very photogenic patient!

It’s National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week

Pick up an extra bag of kitty litter or dog food when you’re shopping. Donate any blankets, towels, or newspapers. Make a financial donation. Or, just bring something nice to the staff, for the animals there depend on them! Working in a shelter environment is exhausting, so a little appreciation goes a long way!

A True Housecall Poster Child

Today we had a unique opportunity with a sweet German Shepherd named Juno. I first met Juno while working in a large veterinary clinic in St. Louis. Juno was so terrified of the vet clinic, she needed sedation and anti-anxiety medication. Even with those, she would tremble and hide behind her mom, scared to death. […]

Missouri-bound

Our license to practice in Missouri arrived today! We can now visit all of our St. Louis friends! Travel fees are being worked out, but we are open for business in MO!

Flea Season’s Over, Right?

The Newsletter IS the News

We now had a feature at the bottom of our page that allows you to sign up for our monthly newsletter. It will have a feature article on a timely veterinary topic, as well as practice news, pet care tips, and even some money-saving deals.

One step closer to Missouri

Our application for a Missouri LLC was approved. Now we are working with the Missouri Veterinary Medical Board to obtain our permit to practice mobile-y in that state. We hope to be able to cross the Mississippi River in the next month or so!

progress towards missouri

We are entering phase TWO of being approved for housecalls in MO. (For the record, phase 1 was me figuring out what the heck I was getting myself into.) Phase 2 is getting my MO LLC. After that comes the MO veterinary facility permit, even though my car doesn’t feel like much of a “facility.” […]

Benefit for Belleville Area Humane Society

It was a great morning for a 5K for a worthy cause – the Belleville Area Humane Society. Met a lot of cool dogs (oh, and their owners!). You wouldn’t know by the cornfield backdrop in the photo, but there was actually a good crowd! (they all were in front, not behind us!) And big […]
